As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order all the way through to delivery.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose the day or hour of your delivery. We advise you to track your order using the tracking number which was sent to you in the second confirmation email. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, depending on product availability.
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Your order will be sent in a plain cardboard box. The packaging only displays your address label and the logo of the courier. No information about our company or the contents of your package will be visible on the box.

If your payment via credit card is unsuccessful, we can only advise you to try again, maybe using a different computer. If the payment still does not come through, there is always the possibility of ordering via wire transfer.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at W.D.C. Online, you can return the unopened products to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods for any reason. Fill out the online return request form or complete the return form sent to you together with your order confirmation. Please note: due to hygiene and safety reasons we cannot refund your order if the package was opened or if the seal was broken.
If your order is eligible for return, you will receive a return label with our address information through email. Attach the return label to your package. Please note: we do not accept return packages without this label! Return shipping fees are not refundable. We will cover the initial standard shipping fees as stated on our website.
Once your return order has been received by us, a refund will be actioned to the original method of payment. Please allow 14 days from return for the process to be completed.
